Stage 1: Phone Interview
This is typically with the Recruitment Manager and should last around 20-30 minutes. It is designed to help us get to know your individual strengths and motivations for joining Scentimental.
Stage 2: Assessment Day
You will take part in a written assessment, a written report or a presentation and an interview with the Head or Director of the Department you have applied to join. If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to attend a final interview*. This will give you a better feel for Scentimental and helps us learn more about you.
*If you are applying for an NYSC/Internship position, you won’t need to take part in an assessment day or attend a final interview. You will only have a face-to-face interview with the Head or Director of the Department you will be joining will receive an outcome based this interview.
Stage 3: Founder Interview
At Scentimental, we want everyone that joins the team to feel a part of the business. That is why our Founder would love to meet you as part of the recruitment process. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about the vision of the company and allow the Founder determine if you are the right fit for the business.
The interview typically takes 15-20mins and is conducted face-to-face or via Skype.
Stage 4: Offer
If you successfully complete the assessment process, we’ll make you a formal offer in writing. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and, if you’re happy with the offer, we’ll look forward to receiving your confirmation and welcoming you on board.
